Welcome to Shinwa Foreign Language Academy

Our school is an excellent school certified by the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau for more than 20 years.

Admission Support

Experienced and excellent instructors will thoroughly support you in advancing to vocational schools, national universities, and graduate schools. With our unique curriculum, we provide more effective and accurate guidance for the EJU (Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students).

Career Support

At Shinwa Foreign Language Academy, the class teacher and the Shinwa Employment Placement Center work together to provide an employment support system that provides detailed guidance to each student. This caters to those wishing to apply for the new specific skills visa and work in the service industry in Japan.

Visa Support

Our team will work closely with you before application to ensure you have the right information and can prepare all the documents needed for us to submit to immigration. We act as your sponsor for your stay in Japan and the support begins the moment we begin to process your application. We thoroughly check all applications to ensure success.

Life Support

During your stay in Japan our staff will help you not only in the classroom, but outside too. We will register you at city hall, get your health insurance, a hanko, bank account, mobile phone and provide interpretation services in the event you need help suck as visiting a hospital or clinic, or talking to people on your behalf.

What separated this school from others was the native English level support

I graduated in March 2019.

Other schools I visited only had Japanese staff that either didn't speak English or were barely able to communicate with me.
Shinwa Academy, has a British man that supports students. He has taken me to the dentist, hospitals, city hall. Got me a mobile phone, health insurance and even dealt with my utility bill enquiries.

The classes were excellent and anything I didn't understand, I went to Ben in the office who helped me understand the content and even taught me some basic grammar.

My teachers were very thorough in their class content and taught everything we needed to work and function in Japan. They helped me to enter a college where I am now studying in IT to prepare me to work in Japan.
