October Intake Orientation

The October Intake orientation for all registered students starting in October 2023 has been confirmed.

The placement test and orientation will will be held on October 12 from 09:00 in room 201 (2nd floor of the main building).

There will be a video orientation from the teachers with live translation into Chinese, English and Vietnamese. After a placement test will be held to test your Japanese ability and help to find a class suited to your ability. The test will take about 30 minutes. After the students will be divided based on preferred language to have orientation to learn about school rules, basic rules and laws in Japan as well as other important information.

For those that have not registered their address and received their health insurance card, this will be the time to arrange our staff to assist you. As per Japanese law, the process must be completed within 14 days of arrival in Japan. If you do not arrange on this day, our staff will be unable to assist at a later date.
