Refund Policy

In the event a student's visa application is declined at their local embassy, a refund will be granted, minus the application and admission fees.

Example

  1. Total Amount Paid = 825,000 JPY

  2. Minus Admission Fee = 50,000 JPY

  3. Minus Application Fee = 20,000 JPY

​

Total Amount to be refunded = 755,000 JPY

​

  • Once we have seen evidence the visa has been disapproved, the total amount of 755,000 yen would be sent back to the paying account.

  • The burden for any processing fees is the responsibility of the person requesting the refund.
